About the position

The Senior Product Manager for US Marketing at Abbott will develop and drive marketing strategies for product and partnership launches within the Diabetes Care division. This role involves collaborating with global marketing teams to create US-ready marketing assets, managing project teams, and ensuring effective commercialization of innovative diabetes management products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive marketing strategy for US product and partnership launches.
  • Plan, coordinate, and integrate activities associated with new product and partnership launches.
  • Manage project sprint teams and oversee messaging and claims matrices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support go-to-market launch plans.
  • Partner with Regulatory on indication and labeling change implications for new launches.
  • Lead project sprint team meetings and manage launch execution.
  • Develop and manage project plans to meet deliverables and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of related experience, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • At least one year of experience in marketing or product management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience in marketing or product management.
  • Product management/marketing experience in medical devices.
  • Experience in the diabetes category.
  • Ability to articulate product benefits and communicate technical concepts.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn.
