About the position

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of assigned products, services, and programs, ensuring they meet customer needs while aligning with the Bank's profit objectives. This role involves formulating strategies, policies, and overall direction for the product portfolio, while also acting as a subject matter expert and leading product innovation to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of assigned products, services, and programs.
• Formulate strategy, policy, and overall direction for the product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a robust understanding of regulatory requirements and market trends.
• Design end-to-end processes for product development and implementation.
• Conduct ongoing industry and competitive analysis to obtain market insights.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with sales distribution and key stakeholders.
• Lead problem-solving sessions with partners and vendors.
• Deliver financial results for the product suite through pricing, margin, and volume management.
• Support senior management with product portfolio expertise through presentations and reports.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the product segment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or product certificate and/or 10+ years relevant experience.
• Previous product management experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of product research, analysis, and development.
• Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate product initiatives.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written form.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
