About the position

The Senior Product Manager for the Small Business Card product will lead the discovery and delivery of product capabilities in collaboration with various teams. This role focuses on defining, refining, and executing product requirements to ensure the delivery of valuable functionalities in line with the product roadmap. The position aims to enhance customer experience and modernize product offerings within the Chase Branded Cards organization, a key segment of Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the Small Business Card product platform including UI's, APIs, services, and data-driven insights.
  • Support the roadmap of customer experience and real-time availability of data and services.
  • Manage a product roadmap that balances stakeholder inputs and MVP releases.
  • Story map, write user stories, and contribute to team sprints.
  • Coordinate and communicate sprint, testing, and implementation schedules.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop recommendations for delivery issues.
  • Monitor product performance with daily reports and monthly dashboards.
  • Conduct industry assessments to provide insights into the competitive landscape.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage prioritization and go-to-market plans.
  • Attend Agile SCRUM events and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA preferred in related disciplines.
  • 4-8+ years of experience in product management, information technology, and/or Business Operations.
  • 2+ years' industry experience in analyzing/building products with digital technology stacks, including APIs and Microservices.
  • Experience working in an Agile product and software development environment, including tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Working knowledge of Credit Card issuing or acceptance, Card Operations/Service, and IT.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with clarity.
  • Experience with mobile, web, and API-based applications on public cloud.
