The Senior Product Manager will also participate in training and development programs, serving as a technical expert and consultant within Corporate Underwriting, and will be responsible for analyzing accounts that exceed the authority limits of unit managers. The position requires collaboration with various enterprise operating units and Corporate Underwriting to support cost containment strategies and to represent Product Management and Corporate Underwriting in various committees and events. The Senior Product Manager will lead the research and implementation of new product ideas, ensuring that all initiatives align with AF Group's business and profitability goals. This includes evaluating market opportunities, developing product strategies, and managing compliance and regulatory relationships. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of state regulations, operational processes, and underwriting criteria, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
