About the position

The Senior Product Manager will lead the store checkout team responsible for managing the company's $100 billion checkout platform. This role emphasizes prioritization, product roadmap ownership, and dependency management rather than strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, experience in retiring legacy discount methods, and a strong ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams, particularly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the checkout platform.
• Manage cross-team dependencies effectively.
• Oversee the retirement of legacy discount methods without degrading customer experience.
• Collaborate frequently with engineering teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven ability to prioritize a backlog and initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, direct and concise.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and chase down answers.
