About the position

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer products, web experience, conversational UI, and data-driven decision making, with a deep understanding of user research and operational metrics. This role is crucial for improving mental health services nationwide through technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, data insights, and business impact.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and inform product development.
  • Leverage analytics to track key performance metrics and generate insights for product improvements.
  • Implement A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to optimize product features and user experiences.
  • Design and develop conversational UI solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure product designs align with user needs and business goals, delivering exceptional consumer and web experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in conversational UI, consumer product design, and web development/design.
  • Work closely with Operations to define and track operational metrics that drive product success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient product development process.
  • Utilize experience in the crisis call space to inform product development and improvements.
  • Engage with stakeholders and users in the crisis call sector to gather feedback and insights.
  • Develop solutions that address the unique challenges and needs of crisis call services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer products, web experience, and conversational UI.
  • Proven experience with analytics, data-driven decision making, and user research.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving emotional health.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
