About the position

Big Fish Games is seeking a data-driven Senior Product Manager to enhance one of its top mobile titles. This role involves managing live operations, product development, and user experience, focusing on analytics to drive decision-making strategies for long-term growth and player engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and assess features and content, ensuring that product decisions are informed by in-depth data analysis and customer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and assess the impact of features, content, and optimizations.
  • Define business requirements, write and consult on specifications, and collaborate with design and production for execution.
  • Monitor game health metrics and player sentiment, driving analysis and experimentation.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, tracking and measuring experiments around retention, user conversion, and sales.
  • Help build and manage the game's roadmap and live ops calendar to optimize the game and player experience.
  • Build out live ops systems and tools to enhance live ops capabilities.
  • Ensure product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis and insights into customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in mobile game product management.
  • Passion for great products and deep empathy for users.
  • Analytical problem solver with experience in structuring complex analyses and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and conclusions.
  • Team player that thrives in cross-functional teams, positive and collaborative.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Experience running live-ops and engagement events in games.
  • Advocate for strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

  • Experience with 3rd-party CRM tools (Leanplum, Braze, DeltaDNA, Optimove, etc.).
