About the position

As a Senior Product Manager at Faro Health, you will be responsible for envisioning, defining, managing, and launching key product features that enhance the company's AI-powered software platform for clinical trials. This role involves engaging with clinical teams and external customers to gather insights and requirements, synthesizing these into actionable product concepts and roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve drug availability and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, definition, and execution of key features in Faro's core Study Designer product.
• Mentor and support junior product managers and team members.
• Drive product feature release plans with detailed schedules and milestones.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback into actionable product requirements and specifications.
• Formulate, track, analyze, and communicate metrics to guide product success.
• Understand the clinical development process and maintain an objective view of competitors and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in physical or life sciences, statistics, or computer science.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Product Manager role at high performing technology organizations.
• Technical background with some coding experience to work productively with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly gain domain expertise in new industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective project management expertise; planning, executing, and tracking data projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 3+ years working with life science companies with an understanding of clinical drug development processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, platforms, and tools and their application to real world problems.
