About the position

The Senior Product Manager at CSG is responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle of digital experience products, including the CSG Xponent platform. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to enhance customer engagement solutions, managing product development from ideation to post-release, and acting as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio. The position requires strong business analysis skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-release.
• Develop business cases and document requirements for new product solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D to plan, track, and deliver product features.
• Engage with marketing and sales teams to promote product solutions.
• Support the delivery team in deploying products effectively.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio and evangelize products to internal and external clients.
• Present new product initiatives and status updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable technical discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on SaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience in developing requirements and bringing new products to market.
• Strong business analysis skills to assess challenges and propose solutions.
• Solid knowledge of journey orchestration platforms or related technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects with accountability for deliverables.
• Excellent presentation skills.
