About the position

As the Senior Product Manager for Identity at Venmo, you will be responsible for building and executing the identity roadmap to create secure and scalable backend systems, as well as seamless mobile-first user experiences. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, balancing customer desires with business requirements, and driving the execution and launch of new features to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team in creating and executing against an identity platform roadmap for a mobile-first consumer experience.
• Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features.
• Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch product.
• Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile products.
• Experience in developing and implementing scalable identity platform solutions.
• Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environments.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Deep empathy and appreciation for user needs.
