About the position

As a Senior Product Manager at Biograph, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product and culture of a rapidly growing healthcare startup. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and creative individual who is passionate about leveraging clinical expertise and technology to enhance the Member experience. You will lead the enhancement and growth of the product portfolio, ensuring that the offerings align with business goals and meet the needs of Members.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Members by gathering insights across all touch points to advocate for changes that elevate their experience.
• Analyze Member needs and market trends to inform product strategy and identify areas for development.
• Create and execute plans to build and maintain new offerings and features that improve the Member experience.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to realize the product vision.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail in developing project plans and documenting new tools or features.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management
• Experience in an ambiguous startup environment
• Clinical product development experience for both physical and digital products
• Experience building products from 0-1
• Ability to work with and manage a cross-functional team
• Skill in gathering and translating customer insights into product strategy
• Ability to prioritize business-critical outcomes
• Desire to learn new skills to address product needs
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare technology startup environment.
