About the position

The Senior Product Manager at Humana is responsible for creating and maintaining a product roadmap within the Telecom Platform Delivery team. This role involves leading all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to launch, ensuring that products meet customer needs and success outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will monitor product efficacy post-launch and make necessary adjustments based on feedback, while also addressing complex technical issues with considerable autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a product roadmap for assigned products.
• Lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to launch.
• Develop or enhance products to meet specific customer needs and success outcomes.
• Monitor product efficacy post-launch and adjust products based on business partner feedback.
• Make decisions on complex technical issues regarding project components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 or more years of telecommunications technical experience.
• Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
