About the position

The Grocery Product Team at Walmart is responsible for designing and overseeing the development of the company's proprietary warehouse management system (WMS) and strategic partner products. This role focuses on improving operational efficiencies and enhancing the grocery distribution network to meet the needs of Walmart Stores and Sam's Clubs. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring successful product execution and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product roadmaps for Walmart's warehouse management system (WMS).
• Align stakeholders and analyze customer and product data to turn insights into actionable initiatives.
• Define vision and strategies for the product using domain expertise and market opportunities.
• Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to drive alignment on business OKRs and product roadmap.
• Manage execution and rollout by defining product requirements and leading user acceptance testing.
• Analyze data sets and recommend solutions to stakeholders on leveraging the Transactability platform.
• Communicate the benefits of the product and champion it throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management, or 7 years' experience in product management or related area.
• Proven record of successfully launching and scaling supply chain products.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
