About the position

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a product roadmap within the Telecom Platform Delivery team. This role involves leading all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to functionality, ensuring products meet customer needs and success outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will monitor product efficacy post-launch and make necessary adjustments based on feedback, while also addressing complex technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a product roadmap for assigned products.
• Lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to functionality.
• Monitor product efficacy post-launch and adjust based on feedback.
• Make decisions on complex technical issues regarding project components.
• Support Avaya, Oracle SBC, load testing, and e911.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 or more years of telecommunications technical experience.
• Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong collaboration skills.
