About the position

As a Senior Product Manager at Session AI, you will be instrumental in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of our personalization efforts. This role involves leading the development of our SaaS products, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs while driving innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritization, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own inbound and outbound product management for the product areas.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and beyond.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Champion user-centric design principles to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 7+ years in product management roles, with at least 3 years of experience in SaaS, Retail, or E-commerce industries.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and software development processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
