About The Position

The Sr Product Manager at Spectrum is responsible for leading product lifecycle and development initiatives for Charter services and applications. This role focuses on defining cross-functional requirements and developing products to meet evolving customer needs and business opportunities, collaborating with various departments to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product development/management experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in cable, telecommunications, software, or online services.
• BA/BS technical degree related to telecommunications or operational/process optimization.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective organizational and office management skills.
• Strong cognitive and communication skills.
• Effective analytical skills.

• Experience with agile product development methodologies.
• Familiarity with customer experience enhancement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle and development initiatives for Charter services and applications.
• Define cross-functional requirements for product development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Engineering to execute approved plans.
• Support the development and communication of product strategies to drive financial results.
• Analyze information and translate high-level process goals into specific sub-processes.
• Lead product launches and enhancements across Charter's service and application portfolio.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
