About the position

The Senior Product Manager at Humana is responsible for creating and maintaining a product roadmap within the Telecom Platform Delivery team. This role involves leading all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to launch, ensuring that products meet customer needs and success outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will analyze complex issues, make decisions regarding technical approaches, and monitor product efficacy post-launch, adjusting as necessary based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a roadmap for assigned products within the Telecom Platform Delivery team.
• Lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to consumable functionality.
• Develop or enhance products to meet specific customer needs and success outcomes.
• Monitor the efficacy of products post-launch and adjust based on business partner feedback.
• Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 or more years of telecommunications technical experience.
• Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
