About The Position
Microsoft 365 Copilot is a groundbreaking productivity tool that leverages the power of large language models, user data, Microsoft Graph, and the web to drive unparalleled creativity and productivity. We are a small, nimble team that is advancing the state of the art of models in M365 Copilot. Come join our team and help transform the LLM (Large Language Model) experience in the enterprise. As an AI Senior Product Manager, you will work at the nexus of product and research. Your products are the language models that power M365 Copilot. You will be responsible for balancing product needs with research priorities, ensuring that Copilot's messages are high quality, factual and safe. You will also be responsible for prioritizing new features and research, working closely with AI researchers to build and execute project plans. We’re looking for someone with an abundance of positive energy, empathy, and kindness, in addition to being highly effective. The right candidate takes the initiative and enjoys building world-class consumer experiences and products in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates with interest and experience in language model training, reinforcement learning, and supervised fine-tuning.
