About the position
Robin is looking for an inspiring Senior Product Manager to join our R&D team focused on creating an amazing foundational experience for our Robin users. This role is interesting because you will be working on solving problems for customers in order to make their workplace experience better. You will have ownership of a large part of the product, with the ability to ship frequently and see real results. You will be thinking about how to ensure Robin is automating the mundane tasks in the office so people can focus on getting their best work done. Additionally, you will be working cross-functionally with other teams to create the best experience for employees and administrators as they complete their jobs-to-be-done with Robin.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems for customers to enhance their workplace experience.
- Own a significant part of the product and ship frequently to see real results.
- Automate mundane tasks in the office to allow employees to focus on their best work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to improve user experience.
Requirements
- Experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS company building products at scale; B2C experience is a plus.
- Experience working with customers, internal stakeholders, designers, and engineers to define impactful problems and deliver solutions.
- Ability to use data and analytics to support key insights.
- Experience across the product life cycle including research, ideation, launch, and iteration.
- Ability to adapt to changing problems and environments.
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager with knowledge of ML/NLP/AI and proven results.
