About the position

The Senior Product Manager at IEX will lead the development and growth of options products, leveraging a deep understanding of the options market to deliver innovative solutions. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can align product strategy with business objectives while fostering strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for options products, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Define product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) to develop and launch new options products.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and translate them into product enhancements.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a high-performing product team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in product management within the options space.
  • Deep understanding of options trading strategies, pricing models, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
