About the position

The Senior Product Manager at LineLeap will play a pivotal role in shaping the product discovery and development processes that drive the company's growth. This position involves leading product development phases, collaborating closely with the CTO, and ensuring that product initiatives align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset focused on creating human-centered, valuable products that meet user needs and drive business transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of product development for multiple teams in collaboration with the CTO.
  • Plan a roadmap of features, experiments, and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Manage a catalog of discovered product opportunities, assumptions, and potential solutions using continuous discovery principles.
  • Define hypotheses, success criteria, and key metrics for features and initiatives with input from stakeholders.
  • Ensure measurement and review of success/failure of released features and experiments in collaboration with the data team.
  • Manage the execution of the product roadmap according to the product development process.
  • Work with the UX team to conduct user interviews and studies, building a database of user feedback.
  • Communicate product releases, usage documentation, and feature readiness with stakeholders.
  • Mentor other product managers on growth and execution.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of deep product management experience, preferably at a growth stage startup.
  • Strong track record of managing a product development lifecycle with a focus on business impact.
  • Highly experienced in hypothesis-driven product experiments such as split tests and user interviews.
  • Proven background in developing human-centric consumer products that are satisfying and delightful.
  • Exceptional backlog prioritization skills, balancing innovation with business objectives.
  • Ability to formulate and communicate product vision and strategy effectively.

  • Experience in the nightlife or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and user feedback methodologies.
