Ping Identity is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the success of its directory cloud offering. You will report to the Director of Product Management for identity services including directory, provisioning and lifecycle management. You will oversee all aspects of product strategy and planning activities across business segments, target industries, assigned regions, and solution roadmaps. You will have insight into all phases of the product development cycle. You will work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to manage the product.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for directory services, delivered as a cloud-based service.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from market requirements through delivery.
  • Maintain a multi-year product roadmap that includes milestones and prioritized deliverables.
  • Work with engineering, design, documentation and user acceptance testing teams to create a complete and polished product offering.
  • Perform market analysis, identifying industry trends, strategic needs and market competition.
  • Work with the Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Customer Success/Support to establish go-to-market strategy and delivery plans for successful deployments of the product to solve customers' use cases.

Requirements

  • Expertise in identity and access management, identity and directory technology (SCIM, LDAP), user lifecycle management and identity security.
  • A history of managing product development lifecycles to consistently deliver high-quality releases.
  • Experience working with enterprise software sales teams.
  • Comfort in discussing product capabilities and market relevance to end-users, partners, C-suite, engineers, analysts.
  • The ability to gather and prioritize market data to maintain a product roadmap.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 8+ years of experience, or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 6+ years of experience.
