About the position

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and growth of a big data platform focused on advanced semiconductor analytics. This role involves aligning the product roadmap with industry needs, collaborating with various stakeholders, and utilizing market data to drive product insights and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Help set Analytics strategic & tactical roadmap priorities & direction aligned with the corporate strategy and direction.
  • Write product requirements, as well as performance and functionality specifications and development requirements for Analytics products.
  • Work with the software development teams to prioritize bug fix and feature requests and communicate priorities to the internal development teams or customers as required.
  • Create product ‘White' papers, data sheets, and product briefs.
  • Provide new product/module descriptions, documentation, sales collateral and new feature/product naming.
  • Understand the changing user requirements for analytics in the semiconductor industry.
  • Generate market studies and competitive analysis and assessments.
  • Create technical sales packs, videos, webinars, marketing & communication plans.
  • Generate customer training materials and documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience with analytics use cases in manufacturing is required.
  • Understanding of and the ability to describe the manufacturing process of the semiconductor manufacturing supply chain at a functional level is required.
  • General knowledge of software development and medium-large scale compute infrastructure operations and management is an advantage.
  • Conversant in basic statistical metrics and concepts.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and usage.
  • Prior data analysis and data presentation experience.
  • Aptitude for self-learning new skills and technologies.
  • The ability to dive deeply into the technical understanding of how a product works.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, build customer value and highlight competitive differentiation through packaging and pricing.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience or willingness to work in a distributed organization.
  • General understanding of data & analytics pipelines, algorithms, and approaches.
  • Experience with analytics in semiconductor manufacturing or similar STEM fields is preferred.
