About the position

The Senior Product Manager for the Azure Core Partner Eco-System Product Management team at Microsoft plays a crucial role in driving innovative products and sustainable business models with cloud partners. This position involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from inception to global launch, with a focus on enhancing Azure Platform Infrastructure solutions. The role is centered around understanding the needs of the partner ecosystem, improving product quality, and driving excellence in partner experiences to accelerate Azure adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies, business management, and operational processes for internal teams to drive revenue and positive outcomes for partners.
• Demonstrate a strategic growth mindset and drive positive business impact while continuously learning and innovating.
• Stay current with the latest research and technology, communicating knowledge throughout the organization.
• Prepare data for analysis, review data, and provide critical feedback.
• Remain action-oriented to build and deliver results through others beyond the team.
• Contribute to collaboration within diverse and virtual teams, fostering an inclusive team culture.
• Engage with internal business partners to gain insights into the partner portfolio and operations.
• Simplify and inspire through effective storytelling and communication skills.
• Define and lead strategic planning, execution, and operations management for the Azure Core engineering team with high ISV/global SI impact.
• Drive excellence through clear and consistent ISV & global SI operations.
• Lead cross-team steering committees for each incentive or investment to create a unified Microsoft approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in cloud services or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI application development and the needs of ISVs and SIs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for product improvement.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
