About the position

The Senior Product Manager role at UnitedHealth Group focuses on managing the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Product suite within Optum Health Solutions. Responsibilities

• Manage MSK hub partners and all aspects of vendor and product performance.
• Oversee product portfolio including financial performance, value proposition, market analysis, business alignment, service delivery, and revenue growth/forecasting.
• Review product performance against expectations and lead changes to improve competitive position and product performance.
• Build relationships across the organization to determine and execute product roadmap.
• Support client-level solutioning and sales for large, strategic accounts.
• Manage and respond to changing market dynamics, summarizing challenges, forecasting impact, and creating action plans for executive audiences.
• Represent product portfolio in enterprise projects to ensure business requirements are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in product management and/or product development.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare with product experience.
• Experience with clinical programs.
• Strategic and collaborative thinking to overcome obstacles and achieve project results.
• Expertise in defining product strategy and implementing business plans.
• Passion for helping people live healthier lives and improving the health system.
