About the position

The Senior Product Marketer at Humana's CenterWell Home Health Marketing team will focus on enhancing clinical operations and patient experience through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves developing campaigns to promote clinical services, managing SEO content strategies, and overseeing social media strategies for both consumer and provider audiences. The position requires collaboration with clinical leaders and marketing teams to drive patient acquisition and engagement across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support clinical operations and patient experience by developing campaigns and programs to promote advanced clinical programs and services.
  • Lead SEO content strategy and execution, collaborating with consultants and copywriters to create effective content.
  • Manage social media strategy and content calendar for B2C and B2B audiences, including performance monitoring and strategy adjustments.
  • Manage data-driven marketing campaigns, including vendor management, audience targeting, and budget oversight.
  • Define campaign objectives and performance metrics, ensuring proper tracking and measurement with relevant teams.
  • Maintain campaign-related documentation, including project plans and performance tracking.
  • Make decisions on complex scenarios related to campaign strategy and measurement plans.
  • Collaborate autonomously with business partners and leaders, keeping them informed of key milestones.
  • Identify and analyze business opportunities using historical performance and consumer research.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to manage multiple high-profile programs and optimize marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including B2C and/or B2B marketing experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare and/or health insurance industry.
  • Competency in core marketing soft skills: Communication, creativity, adaptability, organization, prioritization, storytelling.
  • Passion for improving customer and patient experience.
