About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at NICE Systems will play a crucial role in the Customer Experience Analytics line of business, focusing on leveraging cutting-edge AI and analytics technology to enhance contact center operations. This position involves creating impactful marketing content, defining product messaging, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive marketing strategies and support sales efforts. The role is dynamic and requires a blend of creativity and technical understanding to effectively communicate the value of NICE's solutions to customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Designing configurations and solutions according to customer's technical specifications and unique environment.
• Creating diverse marketing content including brochures, pitch decks, eBooks, product overview videos, and blogs.
• Defining and executing marketing plans and new product introductions.
• Establishing product value propositions and messaging.
• Promoting industry thought leadership.
• Supporting sales professionals with relevant content and training.
• Collaborating with product managers on new feature releases and communication strategies.
• Planning content and topics for NICE User Group (NUG) events.
• Securing and executing customer presentations for annual NICE Interactions event.
• Maintaining and updating sales content on the online content management platform.
• Delivering webinars and presentations to customers, prospects, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in marketing for technology companies or comparable experience in communicating business value of technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contact centers or solutions for contact centers.
• Strong storytelling skills and experience in public speaking.
• Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
