About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Air Cargo will lead the marketing and go-to-market strategy for air cargo solutions, focusing on both strategic and tactical execution. This role requires a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams and will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and adoption of air cargo offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy including customer-facing messaging and positioning for the Air Cargo offering
  • Craft and develop compelling content, collateral, presentations, and other campaign material to reach, engage, and drive adoption with key audiences
  • Develop detailed marketing channel, segmentation, and campaign strategies to help drive awareness, education, and engagement with business audiences in various lifecycles
  • Define business metrics, measurement plan, and 'test and learn' plans for campaigns to optimize investments
  • Use market and competitive intelligence to identify and evaluate gaps across the customer experience and develop strategic options to mitigate the risks
  • Communicate customer feedback to Product and provide input on prioritization and messaging of key features, value prop, pricing, and overall roadmap

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Experience building, executing and scaling B2B go-to-market programs
  • Aviation knowledge and cargo airline experience is preferred
