About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Out of Home Marketing will lead the go-to-market strategy for Amazon's physical marketing channels, focusing on delivery vans and packaging marketing. This role requires a customer-obsessed and analytical individual who can drive results through scalable processes and mechanisms. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining high-quality marketing strategies, building relationships across teams, and solving complex problems to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and steward marketing initiatives with clear objectives and deliverables.
  • Simplify approval and communication workflows to increase speed to market.
  • Use data and listening tools to understand customer responses to marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Build relationships with category, marketing, and operations teams to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Identify barriers to market scalability and develop strategies to overcome them.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
