About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Americas Region at ResMed is responsible for defining and executing strategies to bring new products, features, and services to the North American and Latin American markets. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with a focus on market analysis, pricing, placement, promotion, and product lifecycle management. The position emphasizes collaboration across teams and strategic decision-making to drive product adoption and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize product profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Determine optimal product placement strategies to reach target customers effectively.
  • Enable and support marketing partners to create promotional campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans that outline product positioning, target audience, messaging, and distribution channels.
  • Monitor product performance throughout its lifecycle, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Foster alignment between product, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, audience marketers, product managers, and customer support to gather insights and feedback for product development.
  • Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Make data-driven decisions based on market research, customer insights, and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Proven experience in global markets, with a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
