About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives for a global networking device company, focusing on business networking products. This role involves conducting market research, developing product positioning, and executing go-to-market strategies to enhance brand relevance and drive sales. The position requires collaboration with various teams and external partners to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive market research initiatives and conduct competitive analysis.
• Lead sophisticated customer segmentation efforts to inform product positioning and refine go-to-market strategies.
• Craft and evolve product positioning and messaging across various platforms.
• Execute Go-To-Market launches for new solutions, products, and feature releases.
• Act as a product marketing advisor in internal and external communications.
• Partner with product, sales, and marketing colleagues to develop relevant collaterals.
• Serve as the key product marketing and messaging strategist, collaborating with senior product management and sales leadership.
• Cultivate and nurture high-level relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and lead initiatives to incorporate cutting-edge strategies into marketing operations.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in product marketing or growth marketing.
• Extensive experience in the business networking industry.
• Deep understanding of target audience including partners and customers.
• Strong technical understanding of products and solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
