About the position

The Competitive Intelligence Professional will play a crucial role in Front's product marketing team, focusing on building competitive programs to support the company's growth in the customer service space. This position involves sourcing and synthesizing actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing product strategy through competitive analysis. The role is designed for an experienced individual who can drive competitive intelligence initiatives from the ground up, ensuring that the go-to-market teams are equipped with the necessary insights to outperform competitors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and track competitor product offerings, marketing narratives, and company news to continuously update Front's SWOT analysis.
• Translate competitive insights into actionable enablement resources for field teams, including battlecards, talk tracks, and internal competitor demos.
• Bring competitive stories to life across key marketing touchpoints such as competitive webpages, case studies, and outbound campaigns.
• Influence product strategy through analysis of competitor products and win/loss data to identify opportunities for Front.
• Implement and own a competitive intelligence platform to scale competitive monitoring and field enablement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS competitive intelligence.
• Analytical mindset to digest market, competitor, and win/loss data to source actionable insights.
• Strong writing and communication skills to translate competitive intelligence into compelling messaging.
• Strategic collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to leverage competitive insights.
• Attention to detail and high standards for work quality.
