We are looking for a driven and innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence to help inform our go-to-market efforts by deeply understanding the competitive landscape and owning timely communication to our sales, product, partner, and marketing organizations. The ideal candidate brings experience with SaaS products and AI applications, possesses strong critical thinking skills, and exhibits a proactive, can-do attitude. In this role, you will build and manage a world-class competitive intelligence program to serve as the internal authority and subject matter expert on competitive and market dynamics. You will be responsible for building and delivering clear, compelling, fact-based enablement materials, such as slides and battlecards, that highlight WalkMe's product and technology differentiation. Additionally, you will track, analyze, and share timely responses to market announcements, recruit and cultivate a powerful internal network of intel sharing through company team members and existing company channels, and collaborate with marketing, product, and field teams to help drive competitive positioning strategies and influence product roadmap and messaging. You will also spearhead the win/loss analysis program and help drive action across the go-to-market motion based on key insights, utilizing competitive intelligence tools and platforms to automate and enhance research processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience with proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with platform and multi-product experience being a plus. Strong business acumen to analyze competitive strategies and propose effective countermeasures is essential, along with exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and visual. A demonstrated track record of success in technical/product marketing, competitive analysis, sales engineering, or other closely related functions is required. You should be a great networker, able to work across the entire company, from executive staff to individual contributors in sales, engineering, marketing, and more. An aptitude for translating technical features to business value and the ability to rapidly develop credibility and harness relationships are also key attributes for success in this role.
