About the position

At WalkMe, we are seeking a driven and innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager specializing in Competitive Intelligence. This role is pivotal in informing our go-to-market strategies by providing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a world-class competitive intelligence program, serving as the internal authority on competitive and market dynamics. This includes creating clear and compelling enablement materials such as slides and battlecards that highlight WalkMe's product and technology differentiation. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will track, analyze, and share timely responses to market announcements, ensuring that our teams are well-informed and prepared to act. A key aspect of this role involves recruiting and cultivating a powerful internal network for intelligence sharing, leveraging existing company channels and team members. Collaboration is essential, as this position will work closely with marketing, product, and field teams to drive competitive positioning strategies and influence product roadmap and messaging. Additionally, the manager will spearhead the win/loss analysis program, driving actionable insights across the go-to-market motion based on key findings. Utilizing competitive intelligence tools and platforms to automate and enhance research processes will also be a significant part of the role, with experience in AI tools being a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a world-class competitive intelligence program to serve as the internal authority on competitive and market dynamics.
  • Create and deliver clear, compelling, fact-based enablement materials, including slides and battlecards, highlighting WalkMe's product and technology differentiation.
  • Track, analyze, and share timely responses to market announcements.
  • Recruit and cultivate a powerful internal network for intelligence sharing through company team members and existing company channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and field teams to drive competitive positioning strategies and influence product roadmap and messaging.
  • Spearhead the win/loss analysis program and drive action across the go-to-market motion based on key insights.
  • Utilize competitive intelligence tools and platforms to automate and enhance research processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Strong business acumen to analyze competitive strategies and propose effective countermeasures.
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, and visual.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in technical/product marketing, competitive analysis, sales engineering, or closely related functions.
  • Ability to network effectively across the company, from executive staff to individual contributors in sales, engineering, and marketing.
  • Aptitude for translating technical features into business value.
  • Ability to rapidly develop credibility and harness relationships.
