This role is pivotal in informing our go-to-market strategies by providing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a world-class competitive intelligence program, serving as the internal authority on competitive and market dynamics. This includes creating clear and compelling enablement materials such as slides and battlecards that highlight WalkMe's product and technology differentiation. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will track, analyze, and share timely responses to market announcements, ensuring that our teams are well-informed and prepared to act. A key aspect of this role involves recruiting and cultivating a powerful internal network for intelligence sharing, leveraging existing company channels and team members. Collaboration is essential, as this position will work closely with marketing, product, and field teams to drive competitive positioning strategies and influence product roadmap and messaging. Additionally, the manager will spearhead the win/loss analysis program, driving actionable insights across the go-to-market motion based on key findings. Utilizing competitive intelligence tools and platforms to automate and enhance research processes will also be a significant part of the role, with experience in AI tools being a plus.
