About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Consumer Financial Solutions at DailyPay, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and executing product launches for an expanding portfolio of consumer financial offerings. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our mission to help millions of people manage their finances and save for the future. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of product marketing, from the inception of product ideas to the execution of comprehensive launch plans. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and sales teams to ensure that our products not only meet market needs but also resonate with our target audience. Your ability to think strategically while also managing the tactical aspects of product marketing will be crucial as you drive quarterly planning and assess the expected business impact of your initiatives. You will also be tasked with developing compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value of DailyPay's offerings to prospects and customers. By employing both traditional and innovative customer research methods, you will gain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, which will inform your marketing strategies and enable you to build scalable feedback loops for continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategy and product launches for consumer financial offerings.
  • Partner with product managers to create and champion go-to-market strategies for new product features.
  • Drive quarterly planning and assess business impact of product marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Launch new features and products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies that resonate with prospects and customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospective and existing partners and employees through customer research.
  • Work with Enablement teams to provide sales and support teams with effective selling tools and information.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and DailyPay's value proposition, creating feedback loops for product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing or Management Consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience bringing products to market.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong collaborative skills and a driven, ambitious mindset.
