At ServiceNow, we are seeking an action-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager for Customer Workflows who is eager to be part of a dynamic company with innovative product offerings in a fast-growing industry. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving key elements of our Customer Workflows go-to-market (GTM) strategy, overseeing product launches, creating sales enablement content, supporting digital campaigns, managing events, and developing persona-based solution messaging. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Solution Marketing for Customer Workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and quality, along with the ability to clearly articulate our value proposition and explain how our solutions address the challenges faced by our buyers. In this role, you will work across various teams to develop impactful persona-based messaging, value propositions, and supporting collateral that highlight the unique benefits of ServiceNow for Customer Service Management, Sales and Order Management, and other business partners across the enterprise. You will coordinate and execute product launches, including messaging and positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales, product management, and campaigns to create compelling product marketing content that supports our GTM strategy. This includes developing various types of content such as case studies, videos, ebooks, infographics, and blog posts. You will also support and manage key conferences and third-party events, including speaker selection, content reviews, messaging support, and event staff management. Regular updates of content will be part of your responsibilities to ensure that the latest messaging is accurately represented. Furthermore, you will develop and deliver sales content aimed at improving funnel and sales performance.
