About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Customer Workflows at ServiceNow is responsible for driving the marketing strategy for one of the company's fastest-growing areas. This role involves developing persona-based messaging, creating marketing content, managing event strategies, and collaborating with product and sales teams to articulate the unique benefits of ServiceNow's offerings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning and messaging for Customer Service Management and AI solutions.
  • Create marketing content for various touchpoints across the buyer journey, including case studies and blog posts.
  • Update website content to reflect the latest messaging.
  • Manage ServiceNow's presence at key conferences and events, including speaker selection and content review.
  • Develop sales assets and enablement materials to support the sales team.
  • Coordinate and execute product launches, including messaging and internal communications.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in B2B Enterprise Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Product Marketing.
  • Familiarity with customer service, sales and order management, and CRM solutions.
  • Strong persona-based messaging and storytelling experience.
  • Exceptional people and management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to enterprise executives in various settings.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Comfortable with social media and community participation.
