About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Customer Workflows at ServiceNow is responsible for driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product launches, creating sales enablement content, supporting digital campaigns, managing events, and developing messaging that highlights the unique benefits of ServiceNow for various business partners. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure effective communication of the product's value proposition and to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop impactful persona-based messaging and value propositions for Customer Workflows.
  • Coordinate and execute product launches, including messaging, positioning, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and campaigns to create product marketing content.
  • Develop various content types such as case studies, videos, ebooks, infographics, and blog posts.
  • Support and manage key conferences and third-party events, including speaker selection and content review.
  • Manage website content updates to ensure the latest messaging is represented.
  • Develop and deliver sales content to improve funnel and sales performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise software Product Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with customer service, sales and order management, CRM, and related enterprise solutions.
  • Strong persona-based messaging and storytelling experience.
  • Exceptional people and management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to enterprise executives in digital and in-person events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Comfortable with social media and community participation.
