In our global cybersecurity division, we use the power of quantum physics to help customers build stronger security systems. We're looking for a marketing star who wants to work at the cutting-edge of technology, with a novel product. You should be a hands-on marketing expert with a strong background in cybersecurity. We need you to parachute in, get up to speed in a heartbeat, and make us front-of-mind with our target customers. You will need an owner-operator mindset - to drive success yourself, supported by our product and technical teams across timezones. Crucial to your success will be a strong skillset in persona-based value propositions, as well as the ability to create compelling content. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing successful thought leadership and marketing programs. Your regular market insights will support our product strategy, GTM models, customer personas, and the prioritization of thought leadership, PR, and demand generation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis, focusing on monitoring the competition and adjacent markets.
  • Collaborate with product management and technical teams to translate product features into compelling customer benefits.
  • Plan and execute new product launches and updates, working closely with PR/communications, sales, product management, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and website content.
  • Work with product teams to create resources that effectively communicate product value propositions, and facilitate training sessions with sales teams.
  • Identify and nurture customer advocates who can provide testimonials, case studies, and references, leveraging these customer success stories in marketing campaigns to build credibility.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Assist, help plan, and represent the company and products at key industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Due to U.S. Contractual reasons, must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card Holder or Permanent resident.
  • Product marketing experience in the Software, Hardware, or high-performance computing.
  • Product marketing experience ideally with highly technical products.
  • Cybersecurity experience, specific experience in encryption, PKI would be ideal but not essential.
  • Experience or an interest in Quantum Computing.
  • Demonstrated experience in product marketing in a deep-tech enterprise environment, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience in building value propositions and communicating them effectively.
  • Excellent written skills - copywriting should be in your blood.
  • Ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, operations, and creative and legal teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver against both short-term tactical and long-term strategic priorities.
  • Experience in managing analyst relations as part of a marketing mix.
  • Excellent communication skills - the role requires aligning with marketing, sales, product, and technical teams.
  • Strategic and analytical skills - able to autonomously set priorities and work plans for maximum impact.
  • Storytelling ability - turning highly technical product information into compelling, authoritative narratives for customer benefits.
