About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Cloudflare will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies for the company's developer solutions, specifically in compute and storage. This role involves creating impactful narratives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving awareness and adoption of Cloudflare's offerings among developers. The position is integral to the Developer Marketing team, which works closely with various departments to ensure successful go-to-market activities and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product and solution messaging for compute, media, storage, and data solutions targeted to developers and engineering leadership.
  • Align solutions with C-level initiatives and the broader Cloudflare portfolio within enterprise accounts.
  • Support product and feature launches and company-wide innovation weeks.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional marketing and product team to create and execute campaigns to ensure success of the GTM execution, driving developer sign-ups, product adoption, and pipeline.
  • Continuously gather feedback from customers and empathize with their needs.
  • Represent the company externally at conferences, analyst briefings, and customer meetings.
  • Write copy and content for landing pages, web copy, social media, and blogs to drive adoption and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience in a product marketing or related role for developer-facing products.
  • Proven track record of developing a product marketing strategy and key metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Strong technical curiosity and familiarity with modern software development practices.
  • Ability to understand engineering decisions' impact on the product while maintaining a high-level perspective.
  • Strong user and stakeholder empathy, capable of channeling multiple points of view.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
