About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy at Bio-Techne is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the digital marketing health of the Reagent Solutions Division (RSD). This position involves developing and executing a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to enhance awareness, demand, and conversion rates. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize digital marketing performance and ensure maximum return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and translate RSD's growth strategy into division-wide, multi-channel digital marketing strategies and tactical plans.
  • Act as a conduit to provide business insights into digital marketing implementation strategies and execution plans.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to design optimal digital customer journeys and channel mix aligned to campaign goals.
  • Perform competitor digital marketing audits and devise plans to increase market share.
  • Lead program management of high-priority digital marketing projects.
  • Analyze and produce detailed digital marketing performance data, develop insights and action plans, and manage performance review operating mechanisms.
  • Coordinate paid search and media campaigns and onsite search, regularly reviewing and adjusting keywords and ad groups to optimize performance.
  • Monitor digital marketing budget, adjusting spend across each channel and platform to optimize ROI.
  • Keep up to date on latest developments and trends to take advantage of new opportunities and mitigate threats.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree, marketing and/or scientific field of study preferred
  • Life science industry experience is required, scientific education a bonus
  • Strong knowledge and experience working across all digital channels, including organic and paid search, programmatic display, web, email, 3rd party display, paid and organic social media
  • Excels in web and marketing data analytics and analysis, able to narrate performance data into actionable insights and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush etc
  • Experience in web page optimization and user journeys, with good understanding of content best practices optimized for digital deployment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to tailor messages for multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excels in program/project management
  • Experience with conducting diligent A/B and multivariate experiments.
