As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at AWS, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness and adoption of AWS Skill Builder, our online learning center designed to revolutionize how organizations and individuals enhance their cloud skills. This position is not just about marketing; it’s about steering the direction of a new business and making a significant impact in the technology services sector. You will be responsible for the entire product portfolio associated with AWS Skill Builder, which includes digital subscriptions, game-based learning, labs, and other hands-on applications. Your primary focus will be to define the product marketing strategy for this digital product portfolio on a global scale. To succeed in this role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of our customers, including who they are, how they buy, and why they buy. This insight will be crucial as you work closely with product management to ensure a seamless user experience and compelling training content. You will leverage customer insights and evidence to craft positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences. Collaboration will be key; you will work with product, sales, marketing, and launch management teams to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth. Additionally, you will partner with sales enablement teams to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to both prospects and existing customers. This role requires a passion for technology development and launches, as well as a strong focus on customer experience. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to build from scratch, overcoming obstacles to deliver results. Your ability to seek out data to validate what is working and what isn’t will be essential. This is a highly visible position that will interact with all levels of the company, and you will be joining a collaborative team dedicated to transforming how learners and organizations acquire the cloud skills necessary for digital transformation. The position is available in Seattle, WA or Santa Clara, CA, with relocation offered for these locations within the USA only.
