About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for EAM at IFS will be responsible for executing the product marketing strategy, focusing on the EAM and Aviation Maintenance solution areas. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to develop effective positioning, messaging, and content. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage product marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Product Marketing strategy for EAM and Aviation Maintenance solutions.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and content tailored to specific industries.
  • Collaborate with product management to gain deep product knowledge for effective messaging.
  • Work with the competitive intelligence team to create differentiated messaging and content.
  • Identify and maintain audience frameworks and personas for targeted content creation.
  • Create and maintain relevant content for marketing teams and customer-facing teams based on the buyer journey.
  • Develop thought leadership content and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Manage activities related to product releases and key announcements.
  • Equip customer-facing teams with the latest sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with the Analyst Relations team for briefings and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other marketing teams and communicate regularly on initiatives.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the assigned area and develop relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in B2B software/technology in a global environment.
  • Experience in the enterprise software space.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to develop opportunities.
  • Experience in synthesizing complex information into simple messages.
  • Strong persuasive and concise written communication skills.
  • Experience in presenting to external audiences through various channels.
  • Ability to influence without authority across organizational departments.

Nice-to-haves

  • General understanding of EAM, Aviation Maintenance, and AI.
  • Experience in defining go-to-market strategies and conducting market analysis/research.
  • Comfortable working with agencies and creative teams to develop marketing assets.
  • Degree-educated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
