About the position

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on the Executive decision-maker audience to enhance awareness and adoption of enterprise solutions. This role involves implementing marketing programs, collaborating with various teams, and influencing go-to-market strategies based on market insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to shape messaging, campaigns, and sales artifacts.
• Partner with customer lifecycle, Comms, and Field marketing teams to drive cohesive customer journeys through targeted demand generation and nurture programs.
• Collaborate to build high-quality content for prospects, customer-facing teams, and partners, including pitch decks, product use cases, thought leadership content, and customer stories.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams to develop Atlassian's enterprise solutions and help shape an overarching go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in the software space.
• Experience executing go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels.
• Ability to write unique and compelling content for a diverse set of influencer and executive decision-maker personas.
• A passionate, self-starter with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who makes data-informed decisions.
• Ability to spot opportunities for improvement and translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and campaigns.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to build relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, and field operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with agile software development and scaled agile frameworks.
• Understanding of why enterprise organizations are shifting to agile at scale.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions in a marketing, pre-sales, or post-sales capacity.
