About the position

Therapy Brands is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our flagship EchoVantage product, which is the most configurable EHR platform designed for larger behavioral health practices and substance abuse recovery centers. This role is pivotal in shaping the go-to-market strategy, messaging, collateral, positioning, pricing, packaging, and content for EchoVantage. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product marketing and mental healthcare, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment where they can make a significant impact. In this position, you will be responsible for creating account-based marketing content to support sales and marketing efforts for EchoVantage. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including demand generation, corporate marketing, sales, and product management, to enhance the marketing funnel and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include developing go-to-market plans, sales enablement content, and customer-facing collateral. Regular interactions with customers will be essential to understand their needs, which will be documented in a Market Requirements Document. Additionally, you will create case studies, ROI assets, buyers' guides, and other conversion-oriented materials. With a strong understanding of the mental healthcare segment, you will also generate industry white papers, infographics, and thought leadership content to raise awareness of Therapy Brands. This role reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing and offers strong organizational exposure and impact within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Build product collateral, website copy, and deep thought leadership content to be delivered through white papers, webinars, conference talks, speaking opportunities and reports.
  • Execute and coordinate go-to-market plans for product launches with an integrated effort across product, marketing, sales, account management, training, and enablement.
  • Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and client interviews to support the development of compelling and persuasive differentiated market positioning for the Definitive Healthcare platform and all products.
  • Prepare enablement content for all phases of the sales funnel to improve penetration and conversions.
  • Gain insights on customer usage of products, untapped opportunities and new buyer personas.
  • Fuel the sales organization with support and conversion-oriented sales enablement content.
  • Review and assess conference, exhibit and events strategies against product/market/audience penetration goals.
  • Build product presentations for marketing, selling, and training.
  • Collaborate with product management to develop differentiated pricing and packaging.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience or equivalent roles
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector
  • Experience managing product & market research programs
  • Strong communicator, attentive listener and compelling explainer
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • Focus on time management and execution
