About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Expense Management at Brex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and positioning of our expense management solution. Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to effectively commercialize Brex's innovative expense management offerings. This position is integral to our mission of helping companies manage their spending with confidence through our AI-powered spend platform. In this role, you will craft clear and compelling messaging that articulates the value and benefits of our expense management solution. You will be tasked with developing, maintaining, and communicating the product roadmap to both internal stakeholders and customer accounts, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about our strategic direction. Your collaboration with the Brand, Field, and Account-Based Marketing teams will be crucial in designing targeted campaigns that resonate with leaders in Finance and Accounting. Additionally, you will be responsible for launching new capabilities within our expense management suite, driving customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts and various industry verticals. Supporting our Sales and Solutions Consulting teams will also be a key aspect of your role, as you will assist in account strategy, sales presentations, demos, and customer RFIs/RFPs. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of Brex's expense management solutions while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Craft clear and compelling positioning and messaging that communicates the value and benefits of Brex's expense management solution
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the expense management product roadmap to internal stakeholders and customer accounts
  • Partner with Brand, Field, and Account-Based Marketing teams to design campaigns that speak to leaders in Finance and Accounting
  • Launch new expense management capabilities to drive customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts & industry verticals
  • Support our Sales and Solutions Consulting teams in account strategy, sales presentations and demos, and customer RFIs/RFPs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role focused on B2B software
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives across audiences
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Aptitude for complex problem solving and strategic prioritization
  • Ability to drive alignment and influence strategic Product and GTM stakeholders
  • Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday

  • Competitive salary range of $165,884 - $207,355 based on experience and location
