About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager II - Disclosures at Smartsheet is responsible for leading the disclosure program within the Cross-functional Product Marketing team. This role focuses on developing a cohesive narrative across products and managing the execution of product marketing disclosures to enhance awareness and brand loyalty. The position requires collaboration with various teams, including marketing, product management, and sales, to ensure effective communication of product features and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the One Smartsheet integrated narrative, unifying all platform capabilities.
• Lead the disclosure program, coordinating with Product Marketing Managers across all GTM plans.
• Oversee the creation of disclosure materials such as roadmap decks, analyst presentations, and infographics.
• Gather and analyze feedback from internal teams and customers to improve disclosure processes.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, analyst relations, public relations, and sales for a cohesive disclosure program.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to disclosure and report on these metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement best practices for the program and its assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, customer success, or related experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful messaging and complex launch-related programs.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience in creating sales content.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
