About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at GoTo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings. Your primary focus will be on understanding the MSP market and buyer personas, which includes their decision-making processes, pain points, and opportunities. This understanding will enable you to support cross-functional teams effectively. You will be the subject matter expert at the intersection of the MSP market, buyer insights, and product knowledge, which is crucial for developing and refining go-to-market tactics targeting MSPs. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the benefits of GoTo's products for the MSP market. This involves creating and updating various marketing assets and content, such as datasheets, blog posts, overview documents, videos, and comparison guides, to promote and accelerate the growth of GoTo Resolve solutions. Your work will directly impact how the company interacts with customers, prospects, and employees, influencing every aspect of our business worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Develop and own GoTo's understanding of MSP buyer personas and their decision-making processes.
  • Support cross-functional teams with insights into MSP market and buyer needs.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for MSP market, buyer, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies targeting MSPs.
  • Create compelling product positioning and value propositions for the MSP market.
  • Produce and update marketing assets such as datasheets, blog posts, and videos to promote GoTo Resolve solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in Product Marketing at a SaaS technology company selling to MSPs.
  • Experience in B2B marketing to MSPs with a focus on message development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Excellent messaging and positioning skills at both business and technical levels.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for internal and customer-facing messaging.
  • Bachelor's degree.
