About the position

At GoTo, our marketing team is a closely connected group, passionate about finding new and creative ways to tell stories about our brand and products. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping how the company interacts with customers, prospects, and employees, impacting every aspect of our business worldwide. In this remote-centric position, preferably for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone, you will be responsible for developing and owning GoTo's understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) buyer personas, their decision-making processes, pain points, and opportunities. This understanding will support cross-functional teams in refining our go-to-market strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as the subject matter expert at the crossroads of MSP market, buyer, and product knowledge. You will support the development and refinement of ongoing go-to-market tactics targeting MSPs. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating compelling product positioning and value propositions that clearly articulate the benefits of our products for the MSP market. This will involve creating and updating marketing assets and content, such as datasheets, blog posts, overview documents, videos, and comparison guides, to promote and accelerate the growth of GoTo Resolve solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong background in product marketing, particularly in the SaaS technology sector, with at least 5 years of work experience, including 2-3 years specifically in product marketing aimed at MSPs. You should have experience in B2B marketing with a focus on message development and go-to-market strategy, along with excellent messaging and positioning skills at both business and technical levels. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively conveying messages to internal audiences and customers alike. A Bachelor's degree is also required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent messaging and positioning skills at both business and technical levels.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for internal and customer-facing messaging.
  • Bachelor's degree.
