We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about the travel industry to join our team. This role focuses on maximizing customer value throughout the traveler's journey, leveraging our next-generation airline retailing platform. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding market dynamics and customer needs. This includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and consolidating feedback from customers and regions to identify and prioritize opportunities. You will also play a key role in developing the product strategy, providing input for strategic portfolio and product vision development, and collaborating with product management and commercial teams to ensure alignment on vision and values. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating go-to-market strategies tailored to different airline segments, producing external-facing use cases, messaging, and value propositions that align with our strategy. You will work closely with commercial and account teams to ensure that the benefits of our portfolio are effectively communicated to customers and assist in upskilling activities to promote our strategy and customer value. This role also involves writing legal service descriptions for contracts, ensuring that all aspects of our offerings are clearly articulated and understood.
